User Status to System Status

Hi Gurus

I created one User status then I maintained in Transaction

My Problem is when I change my user status as close automatically system status will also show the Close status for this what are the configurations I have to do

Please guide me

Hi

Go to your status profile and define the user status as per ur requirement. On the user status closed assign the system status Complete (FINI) in the transaction column. It will show you when the user status is clsed then the system status is complete.

Check your status profile and the trans assigned to the status "Close".

if you dont want the system status to be closed then remove the trans assigned to the status close.
