error in delivery time

dear all i faced this error when i created delivery with dis t code vl01n .erroer-(Copying is not poss.because an entry is missing in Table TVCPL: LF TAM TAMA)

what i do .to slove dis

hi,

goto VTLA

and see the entry delivery type(lf)- order type (or) is maintained

also see the item category (tam) is maintained

if not please maintain the same and try again

Check if Item Category TAMA is maintained at the Copy Control between Sales Document Type & LF.Also check the Item Category Group of the Material Master which helps to determine the Item category at Delivery Type.

As In your case , must be there are two Line Items with Item Categories as TAM & TAMA.Check in 0184 the assignment of both the Item Categories.

If you are sure that copy control for the item category TAM for the combination of your order type and delivery type is maintained in VTLA, then please create a new sale order, do delivery and update the forum.
