why DDIC_ACTIVATION is still running on upgrade to EHP1.

Hi Experts,

When I updated SAP Solution Manager 7.0 SP level 16 to Solution Manager 7.0 EHP1, I faced the following problem.

The Add-on installation is currently in phase DDIC_ACTIVATION

the BGD process is still running on program SAPLSALI with duration 338179(almost 4 days).

But the Job RDDMASGL was failed with dump "SYSTEM_NO_ROLL" on the Second day.

I want to know why the process is not terminated when the error happened.
