Hi,
Did you try searching BEX as per the workbooks GUID. I guess you transported the entire role, if yes, is that role assigned to the current user of yours.
let me know.

Hi,
Was this role preassigned to your user in quality before transportation or is it a completely new role that you created and then transported.
Search the BEX using the GUID. you can get the guid from DEV system. I am not really aware of the change in GUID once its assgined to a particular workbook (Even after the transportation).
also let me know what BEX version are you using.

Hi,
check the transaction RRMXP transaction. Here you can find all your active worbooks and queries in the system. If you dont find it, then it is not available in system at all.
check into these tables for workbook related info:
RSRWBINDEX List of binary large objects (Excel workbooks)
RSRWBINDEXT Titles of binary objects (Excel workbooks)
RSRWBSTORE Storage for binary large objects (Excel workbooks)
RSRWBTEMPLATE Assignment of Excel workbooks as personal templates
RSRWORKBOOK u2018Where-used listu2019 for reports in workbooks
RSWBINDEXT is the imp table which will give you the required info.
Hope this helps

Hi,
check in the transport log whether the workbook has been transported successfully or not. check the request and all the objects under that request, are you able to find the workbook GUID here.
Also, Run the report RS_PREC_PLAN, and in the workbook field press F4 key, check whether you are able to see your workbook here.

Hi,
I really can't guess what the actual problem here is.
But there is one way that you can get this workbook in your ID, that is obviously not a standard way though.
What you can do to get this workbook in this role is, execute the workbook after having logged in the corresponding user in Dev system. After the execution is complete, on the bex Tool bar in excel you can see a button that says system information, click on that, Now disconnect from this dev server, Now you can see the Reconnect button, click on that, and enter your credentials for your user in Quality system. After the login is complete, Click on Save as new workbook in the bex toolbar, Save in the required role. I know some might even think of this method as not legitimate enough, but i don't really know why you are facing this problem.
let me know.

Sree.
Hi,
Check if you have that role assigned to you login ID in quality.
