TO Creation from Posting change Number

Hello Everyone,

It is the issue with TO Creation from Posting Change number with FM : "L_TO_CREATE_POSTING_CHANGE" with movement type 309 from Material A to Material B in Storage Bin STB.

Ideally ,when i try with MB1B Transaction for stock transfer of 5 ,It is deducting 5 stocks for material A from STB and adding 5 stocks to Material B of STB.

But when i try with this FM ,It is behaving abruptly :

It is deducting 10 stock from STB of Material A,

it is adding 10 Stock to STB of material B,

it is deducting 5 stock from Interim storage bin of 922 storage type of Material A,

and it is adding 5 stock to Interim storage bin of 922 storage type of Material B.

Why this abnormail behaviour when we try with FM ?

That stock is sitting in Interim Bin or the movement is not happening perfectly?

Could anyone face this type of issue to solve this ,Please pass your valuable ideas.

Throw some pointers on this FM functionality for 309 Movement type.
