Hi All,
I've got the following scenario in PDP (SRM extended classic scenario):
1. PR created in backend with quantity 10 unit
2. Run program bbp_extreq_transfer in backend to transfer the PR
3. SC created in SRM with quantity 10
4. Change PR quantity to 15 unit in backend
5. Run program bbp_extreq_transfer in backend to transfer the PR change
6. Neither new SC created nor quantity change happen in SRM
What the setting required in order to cater the balance of 5 unit in SRM?
Thanks.
Has.
As per the standard it should update the SC with the changed qty.

Hi Has,
It's either (a) incorrect configuration or (b) system bug. The updated quantity should be displayed in SRM.
For (a), check your Entry Channel - Company relationship in your Org Structure. Refer to this thread for a similar issue:
[Error updating external requirements in SRM|https://forums.sdn.sap.com/click.jspa?searchID=31445050&messageID=5717280]
If you're sure your configuration is correct, raise an OSS message for (b).

Serguei

Hi
It ios paln driven procurement
Already you have pushed PR to SRM and it created SC w.r.t PR.
now why do you want to change the requirement from 10 to 5?
i dont think so it is not possible.
generally your system should not allow to edit the quantity field. but i do not know how you are enjoying by editing the qty field int he PR.

Hi,
As Muthu has explained, PDP is supposed to be a system driven process after the configuration is set. A manual interruption is not needed, especially in case of quntity because the MRP run calculates the Order quantity based on the parametres like On hand stock, safety stock and availbility lead time. So manual interruption in the process is not logical and the system might not transfer the changes to BBP.

Kris
hi,
Please check whether the PR is blocked,. Release the P.R
Then run the program. Thq qty will be transferred to SRM
