Not able to use new page size form in crystal reports XI

Would anyone please help me figure out how to add a new page size form in crystal reports, i am creating a big report that requires many fields to be displayed and created a form of 11 X 40 inches but when i go to crystal reports i don't get this form displayed. Thanks for your help.

You need to try creating a custom form in the printer software and use that custom size in crystla report to develop a report. Note that the size is dependent on printer software, while creating custom size it gives what maximum size that you can use depends on the printer software that you have.

I had the same type of issue, I added a printer

Xerox 721p Wide Format with FreeFlow Accxess

Any way, once I added that, I had all sorts of page sizes to pick from.

Yes.

It depends on Printer Software.

U may create a form but it will be visible only if it is supported by printer.
