What do you mean by KUT field? If it is in a table, please provide more detail on the table name and what type of field you wish to create.

Possibly some people will know what a KUT field is. Some of us looking at this question and trying to help you find an answer will come back and ask for more details. Most will probably not bother trying to help. When writing a question, add as much detail as possible so the subject matter expert has a clear idea of the task/problem, environment, and specific goals that you are trying to achieve.

It seems that KUT stands for Key User Tool in the context of C4C. But I agree with you Mike that Anant should provide more information to get any help.

Dear Rabbani,

As of now only personalization is supported in RUI. It does not have an option to create any KUT fields.

However this feature is in the roadmap. Should be available in one of the upcoming releases of SAP Cloud for Customer Add -ins.

Hi Rabbani,

As per SAP recent announcement, SAP is going to sunset the HTML version of C4C late in 2019. Until then all the adpatation changes can only be done in HTML.
