SAP ECC 6.0 How to configure infotype 0416 so that its accessible in PA70 ?

Dear experts

How do I go about configuring IT0416 so that its accessible in PA70? I think my steps were incorrect cz I get an error msg "No entry in Table T588Q for 0416). Please help

Dear Rere,

For Infotypes IT 416 there is no screen

assigned for fast entry. You can assign some

new screen , compatible to Fast entry for IT

0416.

Go to SE51

Enter Program Name MP001400 and Screen Number

5000

Click on Copy and give the To Program name as

MP041600 and screen number 5000.

Now make entries in table T588R (as 0416

-RPLFST01) and T588Q for IT0416

Also----

Select your Fast entry Menu first:

Personnel Administration>Customizing

procedure>Infotype Menus>infotype menu>

Select this option first - "User group

dependency on menus and info groups"

Find your Fast entry menu number 07 or 09

Go back and select "Infotype Menu" and enter

the menu number 07 or 09

You can see User group and Infotype number .

You can insert 0416 on this screen.

Now go to PA70 where you can view the IT0416

available for your selection

thanx wellings. i think your procedure is 100% but now the system tells me to put an access key as im not registered as a developer. i'll award points for this thread coz it really makes sense

HI ,

I Have followed the steps mentioned , Copied 5000 screen from infotype 0014, added required entries in T588R, T588Q and added for fast entry as mentioned . when i try to fast entry infotype 0416 using PA70 i am getting infotype 0014 fields . when i try to change the fields facing lot of issues . please advice

Dear Rere,

Unfortunately, List entry (person-related fast entry) cannot be used for infotype Time Quota Compensation. Please still try to include IT0416 into tables T588R (Selection Reports for Fast Data Entry) & T588Q (Screen Types for Fast Entry) and go to transaction PA71 (fast entry for time data).
