Spool List sent out to E-mail Address

I have a requirement to send the spool list created from a custom program out to a vendor. Iu2019m looking for suggest as the best way to handle this. The spool list is very basic and is about half a page (letter size) when printed. The E-mail would be sent the program is run and the spool list created.

Any suggestion would appreciated.

we are on SAP ECC 6.0, SAP_BASIS 700. The program has a version time stamp of 11.04.2001 13:23:49 SAP, so I think it already exists for some time.

BCS_EXAMPLE_6 may be of particular interest. It send a smartform converted to pdf to a recipient.

Hi Karthik,

we used the same out-of-date approach with FM SO_DOCUMENT_SEND_API1 in our ECC600 system and encountered errors of mails not being sent correcly or hanging in internal output queues.

Thats why I recommend to to stay behind but use the BCS approach.
