Login info - SAP NetWeaver 7.01 SR1 SP3 ABAP Trial Version

I finally got SAP NetWeaver 7.01 SR1 SP3 ABAP Trial Version to install and the NSP instance is green in the SAP Management Console.

Now the question is; with what Client and User do I enter to login?

Is the password the value I entered during installation?

Isn't that information on the logon screen?

The client is 000.

The user field is blank.

Try SAP* and pw 'minisap' or BCUSER and 'minisap'

Well I got farther with BCUSER/minisap. SAP*/minisap is an invalid Login

The message I get with BCUSER is:

SAP Logon failed: Start 'sapgui' failed

Any ideas?

Did you install an SAP gui? If so, which version?

Actually, no, I haven't, which I guess explains why the sapui start failed!!!

I tried downloading the 7.1 gui from sdn downloads. It goes into my download basket but when I try to download it fails. I get a message saying the site requires login.

Ah, yes. It does as this software is only available to customers. Actually I do not know how to solve that. Maybe someone else does.

But then, how did you try to log on?
