Fixed Asset Master Data Form not displayed.

Hi,

I am having a problem with Fixed Assets for a client. The client is unable to opening the Fixed Asset Master Data form. Also they can not add a Fixed Asset from the list when posting an Asset Acquisition. The asset list appears but when selected it is not added to the rows of the acquisition window. This occurs even when logged on as manager will full rights. An old backup of the system seems to work without any problems. Might anyone have a clue as to what could have caused this?

Dear Anthony,

please try re-installing the addon to resolve this issue.

Please go to the Support Self Help and Library, Financial Addons, Enter, Begin the Root Cause Analysis Guide, Issues Installing addon and follow all the steps there.
