can someone pease tell me, is it possible to create many po's from one pr? how/

Go to SPRO - MM - Purchaisng -Environment -Define Attributes for System Messages and Select Message Number 06 076 Materials of requisition & item & alr. ordered in full and Set the Same to Error and Save

U can create n number of PO through ME21N until there exists open Qty in PR.

Yes, You can

You can create n number of Purchase Orders w.r.to PR

and if you set the Below message, then system will not allow you to create Po's for more than PR Qty

First Set the Message 076 into error..at

Go to SPRO - MM - Purchaisng -Environment -Define Attributes for System Messages

Then Go to ME21N trxn and there is a Purchase Requisition field at Item Level..( You can see at the Right side )

Enter the PR Number and Item No and Press Enter..

the PR data will be copied to PO & Select Vendor & SAVE the PO
