Page Format Exists But Cannot be used

Hi experts!

I have created through SPAD a page format for a specific device type .

From the Formats List for this device type i can see it. But when printing i get the message 'Device type ZI7SWIN does not support page format'.

What am i missing here???

Hi,

The steps to assign the page format to device type.

1- Create the page format

2- Create the format types and assign the page format to this FORMAT TYPES

3- Print Controls (Optional)

4- Assign the format type to the device type

Just creating Page Format will not work.

Contact your basis person to properly assign this format type to device type and do other config.
