Unable to see SAP option in Authentication tab in CMC

Dear experts,

I installed Enterprise 3.1 and XI Integration for SAP solutions on Linux.I'm able to see "SAP" while logon during dropdown box, but not when login and goto authentication tab. I'm using 32bit 2.1.8 Jco and tried some suggestions by previous similar questions but still cannot help. Any ideas and suggestions are highly appreciated.

Best Regards,

June

    Hi,

can you please go in the CMC and navigate to the Licence Keys entry. Do you see anything there?

    Hi ALL,

Thanks. I restarted the application server and it works. I think it's the 64bit Jco that cause the problem.
