hi experts,
how can we come to know that what billing documents we have created in VF01, for a particur date.
i know that there is a table VBRK, where we can see that.
but i want to know that how can we filter all the entries plant wise.
i want to get only those entries that i have created for a particular plant (say plant BP21).
how can we do that?
thanks in advance.
Goto IMG - Sales & Distribution --> Sales - Lists --> Define Selection Criteria
There include the following setting
1. Program Name - SAPMV65A
2. TRG (Transaction Group) - 7
3. Display Group - K
4. Event - SELK
5. It - 9
6. Field Name - WERKS
Now go to VF05 where you have one tab "Further Sel.Criteria". Click this so that you can have the option to choose plant. Choose the required plant and execute.
thanks

VBRK-ERDAT(date on which the record created)
VBRK- WERKS(plant)
use this two parameter to find out the billing document list created on particular data and particular plant

Hi,
Try with VBRP table. Plant field is WERKS. You can get the entries at plant level in VBRP table.

YOu can filter that in table itself, just give Plant number and execute and it will only give you plant wise details.
thanks,
