PR complete status

Dear all

Our requirement is that

Ones purchase order generated with reference of PR, PR should be closed. System not allow to generate PO with ref. close PR. Presently system allow create PO only quantity field is blank,

Go to SPRO - MM - Purchaisng -Environment -Define Attributes for System Messages and Select Message Number 06 076 Materials of requisition & item & alr. ordered in full and Set the Same to Error and Save.

So that System will not allow you to create PO for Qty more than PR Qty...

In such case Activate the Message control 06 - 076 into ERROR Message though t/code OMCQ.

Hello

You can set the PR to closed automatically only if you are converting PR to PO (i.e create automatic PO) using transaction ME59N (by selecting field values for Set PReqs to "Closed" either 1 or 2).

If you are creating PO manually with reference to PR, set attribute of system message 06 254 to u201CERRORu201D which prevents the creation of PO once the PR is completely ordered.

hi

check there is a standard message available. make this as error when they convert already ordered PRs.

otherwise use the user exit
