Stop the work flow triggering?


Please note we have gone live in the support desk confiuration and mails working fine.

Now we need to configure OSS message creation from support desk.

Inorder to do that we are doing some testing i the dev system and while doing that work flow is triggering and mails are going to the concerned person. So, i need to stop the work flow triggering from the dev system. please advise how to do that?

    Does the person gets the workflow in the business workplace inbox or by regular email?

    If you want to just stop regular mailing you can disable SCOT temporary, or deny all in SCOT and allow only some
