Hi,

Which extra functionalities one can avail by implementating search strategies using MWMTO013? I want to know how is it helpful and how it makes difference.

Hello Shrinivas,

I use to use the user exit MWMTO007 & MWMTO008 for stock placement & removal storage type search, you can try it.

Hi,

MWMTO013 is a perfect exit in which you can implement any (ok, not all but 90%) kind of removal strategy you want.

With MWMTO008 you cannot override type search but with MWMTO013 you can even override type search.

Please check online documentation on your system.

User exits allows SAP user to add their own functionality to SAP standard program without modifying it.

user exit MWMTO013 is for responsible for stock removal as in stringent FIFO. Based on the business requirement you can write the ABAP code in the same and activate. Have a look on the below mentioned link to get a idea of list of user exit available in SAP
