When try to install Crystal send the next error:

No se puede convertir el objeto COM del tipo CR_Crypto.Crypto.cC

Is this related to B1 CR add-on? Please explain more if it is the case.

Correct this error is related to the B1 CR Add on as you mentioned, this error occurred when we changed from version 1.0 to version 2.0 at the time of opening the report. Doy you have any idea what the cause may be?? I sure appreciate your attention alnd help.

Hi

When you upgrade , you need to upgrade crystal runtime ,crystal basic if you are designing as well as crystal integration addon.
