Check not Printing

Hi,

I am trying to see how the template of the customized sap script for check printing looks. When, I am clicking the test preview of the script in se71 and give the local printer and see the print preview, i am able to see it, but if I am trying to print it, the request is going to the spool,but the printer is asking me to insert A4 size paper though the script page format is DINA4 and the printer tray has A4 paper in it

Help me regarding this

Hey,

Seems to be a printer problem. Why dont you just switch it off and on and then try inserting the paper once again?

That happened in my case and I had just inserted the papers ocne again in the 2 trays of the printer

Hi Priya,

Tried doing that but the same error. I inserted paper in all the trays of the printer and checked it too, but it is still showing the same error.
