Capacity Leveling Dispatch problem

When in CM21(Graphical view), I'm successfully able to dispatch an order to it's specific work center. However, when I'm in CM22 (Tabular view), I cannot dispatch an order to a work center. I only recieve the error "You should check the planning log".

Am I going about dispatching the wrong way? When in CM22, what is the process to successfully dispatching an order to a work center? Please describe in detail how to divide up an order from ONE overloaded work center to MULTIPLE dates or work centers.

Compare dispatch straegy in both transaction. CTRL+F1 to bring up strategy screen. Or click on "settings" in them menu and then on "strategy".

No gaps field does not matter for normal tabular leveling, that is why is it un-editable. And you seem to be using standard SAP settings for leveling. Please try to dispatch other orders and check your results. Also, check in the production order which is causing error for capacity requirements, maybe it is not released or already completed.
