Spool output not readable after MSDS report shipping (Inbounds)

hi everybody,

after processing the automatic MSDS shipping of an Inbound document the spool just shows hieroglyphics like this:

What do I have to change to get something readable? We want to send the spool to an external provider to print and send the MSDSs.

Hi everybody,

the spool looks the way I posted it, but the priniting is fine. So that´s it.
