We have several company codes in our production environment that are no longer used. Is there a way to "deactivate" them?
We were using the Productive Indicators, but the auditors don't like that, as transactional data can be deleted.

Goto OBY6 and remove all the assignments for the comapny code.

You can lock all account in your company code (OB_GLACC12 mass change) or You can create a validation for posting (GGB0).
