Error During Q1 Notification _ Action BOX

Hi All,

The senario is creating a ECR ( Engineering change request ) through Q1 notification Action Box.

We have done the respective customization in Action Box and the Action Box task got displayed in Q1 notification. But when we try to created the ECR from the Action Box it ends up Error and exits

Error " Transaction QM01 not supported."

( I think certain notification cateries are restriced to execte based on the Notif cat. Quality notif is 02 and general is 05. Action box is working fine with O5 caterory (Notif type 54).

How to over come is issue.

Hi,

As per your query you have to check your setting in QA/Action box. Some times you have generated more request but transported only few. Due to some setting pending in your old request and not move to QA system. This is a example only, pls check at your end and revert back.

In case your problem is not solve then mentioned here in detials.
