Change the height of top level navigation

Hi,

We are setting up a new look and feel for our Portal (EP 6.0 SP18) and we are getting along quite ok. We have setup Desktop with theme and frameworkpage and display rules. However.....

We have copied the SAP Standard top level navigation iView and changed it to our needs. Afterwards we integrated it in our new frameworkpage.

Can anybody tell us why we can not change the (FIXED) heighth of the top level navigation iView? We have maintained it in the new iView's properties, but it has no effect. Any help is highly appreciated.

Just try these,

Check and modify the theme property for TLN to change the height

Check the TLN iView properties to change the height.

Use Internet Explorer Developer Toolbar or Firefox. With both you can click on your masthead to see whether your changes (in masthead iview or portal theme) are reflected. If they're not, clear your cache and retry.

There are tricks to get the masthead the size you want. Place a transparant image of your height (lets say 150px height) as the branding image (or logo).

Why don't you change the height property in the theme editor of the theme that you are using. it should server your purpose.

Is it the same system as you had the issues with the URL iView on?

If so then i expect that the system is not acting like it should be

try URL... this might do the trick.

Try to change the theme layout. One parameter is the height of the TLN.....
