J2I6 - Print RG1Register

Hello Experts,

I have Completed the Sales Cycle till Excise Inoivce.

I have already gone thru J1I5 with RMA & IDH both for Goods Removal from Factory

I have also done J2I5 - Excise Registers Extraction

Now I am trying J2I6 with Option Sript Form .. Here I am getting only Chapter ID, Material, Material Description and UOM only

I tried the same with option Excel Form , here I am getting all the required values Properly..

I tried to find the same in Forum with old threads.. I found many threads having same issue but all are closed without any solution.

Can anyone suggest something? or If there is Thread with solution, I request to provide the URL for the same.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

HP

      Hi Prashant,

      Thanks for the reply..

Actually I have not yet tried that SAP Note, as I could find some mismatch in my requirement and the symptoms given in SAP Note.

SAP Note - 1283823 - Changes in heading and display of duty column for RG1 report

      Symptom

"This note provides code changes to display the heading and the individual

duty/rates for the RG1 extraction report in the excel format. The RG1 excel

macro is also provided throught the attachment of this note"

And my problem is that Values are correctly coming in Excel Report but Values are not coming in Script used for that.

      Script - J_2I_RG1

I tried to debug the script also... and found that values are coming from the relevant tables but not getting displayed on SAP screen.

      It only displays...

      - Chapter ID

      - Material

      - Material Description

      - Unit of Measure

Please Suggest if is there any solution.

      Thanks in Advance.

      Regards,

      HP

    Hi Hardik P,

When SAP develops CIN - SECess is not introduced in India. Once Secess is declared as excise duty, then SAP has developed excel form with macros, where it has written to fetch the SeCEss values from the respective tables. SAP has not done modification in script form instead it has done the necessary changes in macro's & linked to excel form.

SAP always suggests to take the RG1 print after downloading thr excel.

    regards,
