Line feed in smartforms

Hi,

I am generating a pdf file using smartform.

The pdf generated is later on converted to word using workshare pro.

In the pdf the texts are diplayed correctly as

 Should you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Yours sincerely,  

But when it is converted to word, it is displaying as :

 Should you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us. Yours
sincerely, 

Is there any way I can prevent this as by giving a line feed after "Should you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us."??

HI,

You can create a standart text in SO10 transaction. After the first line give a line feed.. that is give a blank line .. that is by by pressing F4 in the SO10 line u will get '/'..

You need to give this for the blank line and then the next line.

Hi,

In smartforms better it is to have the whole text in a standard text and enter an additional line feed and check the result.

Hi,

Can you tell me where you have included those texts?

One option is, you can split the sentences into 2 texts

i.e "Yours sincerely" can be placed in a separate text.

Use the new paragraph @ start in General attributes tab.
