CRM_DNO_MONITOR not showing any records

CRM_DNO_MONITOR shows all the records if using the userid used in the configuration of the service desk but does not show any records if using any other user. We even gave SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW but still does not show any records. We've gone through all the threads in SDN related to this issue but no help.

Please provide any suggestions.

    Thanks for the replies. The user has a BP as an Employee role and clearing the layout. Still no luck. Any other suggestions.

    can you check the report Layout?

    Jus try with clearing the Layout.

    Hi,

    does not show any records if using any other user.

    Check the following

    1. If the user has a Business Partner (BP) number

    2. If yes, whether his User name has been configured in Identification tab for the BP under Employee role

    You can try this in CRM_DNO_MONITOR

    1. Change the Status to "All"

    2. Change the Layout
