Trouble connecting to postgress sql BODS 4.2

Hello I am trying to connect to postgressql 4.2 and I am constantly getting the below error:

ODBC call <SQLDriverConnect> for data source <test_postgress> failed: <[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified>. Notify Customer Support.

Can someone please help me what should i do

On the Job server machine, go to ODBC Administration to make sure the data source 'test_progress' is there.

(It's in standard Windows control panel administrative tools)
