Restrict Vendors is F4 help.

Hi,

We have to restrict the vendors in F4 based on the purchasing organisation.

We have tried the method "Get Vendor" in the Badi BBP_F4_READ_ON_EXIT.

But the method does not get triggered.In which method do we have to write the logic to restrict the vendors.

Can someone pls help.

Hello,

You can write your code inside the search help exit : BBP_F4IF_SHLP_EXIT_VENDOR_EXP.

Inside the function module you will get all the vendor depending on your requirement you can lock any vendor for any purchasing organisation.

Hi ,

Goto se11-->Search Help.

Input the search help name i.e.; "BBP_BUPA_VENDOR".

When you display the search help you'll find the search help exit "BBP_F4IF_SHLP_EXIT_VENDOR_EXP".

You can modify the code accordingly to meet your requirements.Hope this helps:)
