“person responsible & login mis match” issue

Dear Guru's

This is u201Cperson responsible & login mis matchu201D issue. I have created the project AX12345 with User ID ABC he is person responsible, User ID XYZ can able to edit or change the this project(AX12345), But I want it should not be changed or edit with any other User ID, it should be change only with which User ID we have created the project.

Please provide the solution for this issue.

Note: we required create and change authorizations for both the IDu2019s so we should not restrict through the transaction authorization.
