we are planning to map calibration process in PM we have done all setting now requirment is that they want to enter instrument value before calibration and after calibration, as we are using standard calibration process so in that im not able to find out how to do this they want to enter these values during result recording

Create task lut through IA01 or IA05 and maintain frequency of calibration (Package)

Create Maintainance plan through IP42

Schedule it through IP10

After IP10, you can use IP30 Deadline monitoing functionality for autocreation.

Hi,

Create a Quantitative characterstics and assin in tasklist. Then the client can enter the measured quantity in the respective area.

If he does requies to enter the before calibration and after calibration the same can be enter in long text too....

Hi

You can use calibration task list in IA01 or IA05.

Here maintain the char( as Instru value) for the task list along with sampling procedure & Inspection point of sampling mgt.

Assign this task list to Equipment in Maintainace plan(IP01).
