Service Pack level Information

Hi Experts,

I have couple of question regarding service pack.

I have a BO Enterpirse Installation - Its version is - 12.1.0.882 ( As per CMC sever / metrics information ? )

1. How will i get to know , till which service/patch level i am now , is i am just on 3.1 or i am at 3.1 with SP - 1 or what ?

2. I want to upgrade myself to SP - 2 , Do i need to run all the fix pack before that like SP 1 with Fix pack 1.2 , 1.3

or else i could directly run SP -2 .

3. if i have installation wih 3.1 only and i dont run SP -1 , still can i directly use SP -2 ?

Pease clear my doubts.

Thanks

Ashwani

    Hi

there is no SP1 for XI 3.1. In fact XI 3.1 can be consider to be XI 3.0 with Service Pack 1.

You can install Service Pack 2 directly on a XI 3.1 installation. You do not have to install any of the 1.x fix packs.

    Regards,

    Stratos

PS: Your version is XI 3.1 (no fix packs are installed).
