We are trying to connect Microsoft active directory to SAP CUA to accomplish 2 objectives.
1) Updating user info in SAP from AD
2) Terminating user IDs in SAP when they get deleted in AD.
We have a requirement of not deleting the user IDs in SRM but the IDs need to be deleted in any other SAP child system connected to CUA.Our SRM system is also connected to CUA.When a user ID is deleted in AD, it needs to be deleted in all the SAP systems other than SRM. has any one gone through similar scenario? If so, how did you accomplish the objective?
Another question I have is- Which attribute from AD should be mapped with company field on SAP SU01 Address tab .

All,
I appreciate your feed back.We do not have the option to go for Identity Management.
We had a work around with CUA and LDAP to meet our requirements.
Thanks,

You can set up rules for deprovisioning excluding the SRM.
You can use LDAP connector for synchronization.
But, We can exclude SRM system in this case.
hope it helps.

Prasanthi,
Yes, this can be done with NetWeaver Identity Manager. You would map that field to the company field in AD (or another other LDAP for that matter)
Hope this helps.

Sounds like SAP NetWeaver Identity Management would be just the thing for you.
