Reset Administrator password on Windows RDP on CAL

Hi support,

I am following the SAP JAM HANA Academy Partner Labs.

The Master password I have set during the activation of my "SAP S/4HANA, on premise edition 1511 FPS01 Fully-Activated" is not working when I tried to launch the connexion with Remote Desktop on my laptop (Windows 10).

I can reach my call through the following URL:

I can connect to the SAP ABAP Appliance through the SAPLogon shortcut.

Could you please help me?
