Export to spreadsheet & local file related problem

Hi ,

I have searched the SDN before posting this thread.

a) After ALV report dispaly I tried option List ->Export >Spreadsheet.

Neither system ask any file name nor any output.

b)Also I tried List-- >Export --> local file.

system accepts file name and display message like 338 bytes transferred. I donot find any data if I click the downloaded file.

Any solution ?

    Hi,

    Try this

    click on Local file button on the tool bar 9Th button from left side on the tool bar then select spreadsheet radio button

    Hi Krishna ,

    Tool bar is disabled for this list and I want to export data using the options mentioned by me.

    Anybody faced this problem ?

    Hi,

    As per the second option you have mentioned, you said 'system accepts file name and display message like 338 bytes transferred'.

    This means definitely some data must be contained in the Excel. Scroll through and check the excel properly. It must contain some data definitely.

    Hi Vikrant ,

    If I double click the downloaded excel sheet it do not display columns or rows. It display only menu options lie File Edit....

    So scrolling option is ruled out.

      hi all,

      how i save in local file, i try to save in excel and see if you can get the same detail per line (if you sum it up). I tried saving it in the local file but when I get the sum of all individual amount, it does not tally with the total amount which we need to balance with Corp IS.

      We need the excel file of this to allocate the amount without the u201Cper productu201D detail.

      when i go to

      System

      list

      save

      three option are there (Office Folders, Report Tree, and Local File) but all these three items are hide how i enable these three item
