Update table T005T from client 000

Hi,

in table T005T i find the shorttext of the countries in language DE for

all entries in T005.

For language EN there are only entries until country CZ (Czech Republic).

Is there a possibilty to change/copy T005T from client 000?

I have tried, but don't find any way.

Or have i to translate this table via SE63?
