Getting "last sales price" error while adding approved GR PO in SBO

Version: SAP Business One 9.2 (9.20.130) PL: 03 (64-bit)

Localization: Turkey

User from Turkey facing red error message while adding approved GR PO because of which not able to add GR PO anyhow.

Situation is we have just upgraded the SBO version from 9.0 to 9.2 on date 14.11.2016. I don't know if issue is because of upgrade. Never faced such issue before in 9.0 version. PO was created in 9.0 version and GR PO draft has been created in 9.2 version and approved.

I have already tried below but still same error

(1) Tried to change posting dates of GR PO

(2) Tried to create another GR PO based on same PO

(3) Tried to create another PO and then new GR PO

(4) Tried to create stand alone GR PO and approved

Can someone help me to know why this error is occurring and how to resolve this issue. . See detail screenshot in attachment.

This problem was described on SAP notes:

If you still not update your PL, try to update to 9.2 PL 7.
