SAP ECC6 EHP6 migration from 11g non-RAC to on 2 node RAC with ASM in ORACLE 12c

Dear Ashutosh/All,

We need to migrate the Non-RAC 11.2.0.3 to 12c RAC with ASM.

Can you please suggest or give any document on the same.

We are planning to use the ACFS for the ASCS and PAS instances installation.
