Where to maintain service performance dates?

Hello gurus

There are fields ESLL-PER_SDATE and ESLL-PER_EDATE - which serve for indication of service delivery start and end dates. But I cannot find any screen in PO where these fields can be filled in.

Thanks & Best Regards

      Hi Gurus

      We have the same problem.

Our development team want to yuse these fileds , but do not know how to activaite the fileds on screen ME21N - SERVICE ITEM

On the CONFIGURATION button we can see a whole load of fields from table ESLL but not the one we want.

We followed OSS directions in order to add these fiekds (tables T162V and TCVIEW) but this did not help,

We got an answer from OSS but I (basis) do not undestand 1- want oss want , 2- what effect this can have on the whole system

      What is PSM_FM_CORE_PEROP "

Below is the answer we recieved:-

The fields ESLL-PER_SDATE & ESLL-PER_EDATE are associated with the

switch PSM_FM_CORE_PEROP, which is globally turned off in DV6 system.

So In order to display the fields, you have to activate the switch and

along with that the value should be available in tables TCVIEW and

T162V. Could you please activate the switch and retest the scenario

and let me know about the results.

I found out that I needed to activate the validity start and end dates in ECC at the header level to have visibility to the period for the first line item in the cart/PO. You can activate them in (SPRO- SAP IMG- Material management-Purchasing- Purchase order-Define screen layout at document level) Look for those two fields in NBF. We made them optional.

    These dates are stored:

    In SRM, theyu2019re in table BBP_PDIGP table (VPER_START, VPER_END)

In ECC, table EKKO (KDATB and KDATE) and visible in the PO, at the header level, on the u201Cadditional datau201D tab

This is what I got from SAP when I asked about the other fields in ESLL:

I have checked internaly and the fields mentioned by you in ECC(PER_SDATE) are only available for US Federal customers.

The fields are associated with the switch PSM_FM_CORE_PEROP.

Business Function PSM_USFED_PEROP_1 is used to activate this

      feature for ERP2005 EhP3.

To find this business function, use transaction SFW5.

      Look under Enterprise Business Functions.

Here you find the BF, and the associated documentation.

Please note the prerequisites described in the BF documentation,

including the restriction of this feature to US Federal customers.
