I want to from where the columns Means of transport and Means of transport description in delivery is updating.

I can see these columns in the shipment tab of delivery.

This is not a standard SAP screen, it is an enhancement which is valid only in your system. Please look for help from your local ABAP sources, no one in SAP community can help you about this.
