Hello Friends, Searched all forums but could not get answer.

My requirement is in case of STO process (MT type 641) after PGI is done then emails needs to be send to receiving plant. Which is not happening.

Plant 1000 (Supplying plant)

Plant 2000 (Receiving plant) Ship to party.

STO Process (Intra company code):-

1.Plant 2000 Raises STO PO to 1000

2. Vl10B - delivery created.

3. LT03 and LT12 - To created and confirm.

4.VL02N - PGI done.

5.SOST - No mails showing

The configuration which I have done.

1. Logistic execution --> Basic Shipping Functions --> Output Control --> Output determination --> Maintain output determination for outbound delivery. a. Output type

b. Access Sequence

c. Maintain Output determination Procedure

c. Assign Output determination Procedures Data - VV21 Condition record which I maintained.

In delivery when I am checking its showing me "No error in Processing" Reason for so many output as I am checking manually triggering using VL71 I am checking in SOST I am not seeing any mail.

Not able to understand what mistake I am doing that mail is not triggered.

In ship to party that is receiving plant I have maintained email id.

Please guide me.

You highlighted the requirement, but did not explain what it does.

Requirements control if a message will be processed, e.g. in a purchase order with release strategy the message is determined when the PO is created, but the output is only processed after the PO was released by an approver.

Hello Sir,

Requirement type 1 means Delivery GI posted. (Standard routine) When PGI is done then only output type will trigger.

Since my requirement is that after PGI is done at that time Email has to be triggered.

a screenshot from the document flow could at least be an evidence that the goods issue had happened.

A green traffic light usually explains that the output process went well, which would mean that the output was handed over to the next independent process which is the transmission.

You said you don't see anything in SOST, I hope your SOST is not that complex as mine with same 10thoused transmissions per day which makes it hard to find something.

Lets assume it is really not in SOST, then you may need to check the communication strategy to know what your alternative for a failed email is.

For a successful email transmission, receiver and sender must have an email address maintained. If that is not the case then a document might go to the printer based on your communication strategy.

You might want to compare it with the info from

and other discussion that can be found via Google with this search term: "traffic light" green SOST

This Issue has been resolved. INT Nod was missing in SCOT.

Secondly the email address was not populating so in Storage location address we maintained and tried it worked. Thanks
