notification for custome complaints / returns

Hi, pls explain the general scenario how to generate a notification for the customer return or complaint? pls advise the steps with t-codes.

    Hi

    Customer complaints:This is triggered gerally when customer has given you some feedback regarding the the product which is may be under warrenty period.So either customer or person from customer care will create this notification.

    Use can check the defualt Q1 :Customer Complaint Notification in QM01 tcode

    here the reference of Sales order tec is given as a reference object.

    Customer returns:Generally return is reffered to Product returned by customer to factory.

    There is no Std Quality notification available for the same.

    You can customize this Notification as same as Q1 type only.
