Hello,
Have a question regarding the Timezone.
1. I have a Service confirmation, created an item for it.
2. Just went to the "Item Details" Tileset and try to add the "Dates" . Here I have selected the appointment type as "SRVC_ACTUAL" and enter the date and time.
3. For these Dates , In CRM we have configured the Dates and Times should be "SHIP-TO" party's time. Here the appointtype is configured to take "SHIP-TO" time according to the CRM config.
3. Even with this config, in Mobile Service 5.0 SP11, the dates and times are taking the "USER-TIME" not the "SHIP-TO" Time.
Note: CDBC_TIMECTEV table has the following data:
CONTEXT = 'SRV_RM_ITEM1'
NAME_EVENT = 'SRVC_ACTUAL'
NAME_OBJECT_FROM = 'SHIP_TO'
CRM WEB UI and SAP GUI is taking this config.
Can you please make any comments on this?

Take a look at note 1088305. It is not only about CO integration, but describes how to synchronize Timezone information between Mobile Client and CRM Server.
