CMC Sessions

I am creating custom access levels to restrict users from creating, changing, deleting administration and security data within the CMC. We would still like to give the users view access to Sessions within the CMC. Could anyone help me determine which rights should be assigned to view the sessions? Your help is greatly appreciated!

I was just researching the same issue. Here is what I found:

SAP Note#1530123 - Unable to view Session information in CMC by assigning security explicitly to a non-Administrators group user

There is no user security associated with the sessions so we cannot assign the security explicitly.

Cause

This is by design.

The user who is not a member of the default administrators group cant view the sessions in the CMC.

Viewing user sessions is considered to be a function of the Admin group.

This is the task of the default administrators hence there is no separate security right for viewing the Sessions in CMC.
