impact when changing java environment variable

Hi All,

As a part of KZ e-invoice solution we have to implement 2355527 sap note.

how ever the service will be enabled in only in java 1.8 or higher versions, hence we have to install Java 1.8 and change the environmental variable from 1.4 to 1.8

hence could you please suggest the impact of changing the environment variable in ECC and any check points before or after changing it.

Hello Pradeep Amisagadda,

I personally do not think there will be any issue changing system environment variable.

Can you please let me know what version of ECC are you using?
