Fiori App RECN doesn't run

Hi Together,

I've created the firori app RECN in our test environment (S/4 HANA 1709 FSP02).

If the app is startet in Fiori always the error:

'App kann nicht geöffnet werden. Bitte versuchen Sie es später erneut'.

In the fioriappslibrary no informations about O'data Services (which could be missing) or ICF Nodes are given.
