Crystal XI report data export issue

I have a report that i created to be able to export data so we can send it to our imaging people that do the imaging of our packing lists. I have the report created and all the data is there and looks great. the trouble comes when i go to export the data to a text file. When i do this the results are not pretty. I am missing the total fields from most every page. Sometimes the totals that should be at the end of my first order is on page 1 instead of page 23 like it is when i preveiw the report before the exprot. I have tried many different settings and nothing seems to work. If I try to exoprt the data to a .RTF file thenit looks just like it is supposed to. Also in the text file exprt the page numbers are not correct. Each order after the first starts with page 2 instead of page 1. I don't understand how this can happen when again it looks right when I preveiw the data. What am I doing wrong and how can I resolve this issue. I need to get this working today.

Thanks for you help!

Interesting that the RTF works, You could try a few things, I have built formulas to combine all my data, and then used the formula in the report. IE.....

(data1)&","&(data2)&","&(data3)&","&(data4)&","&(data5)&","&(data6) etc....

this creates a comma delimited text file, of couse, I am loading this into something different than what you are using, but, this works very well for me. HTH

I tried to give them a .CSV file but they need the data layed out on the page in the proper locations. Also the totals are not calculated in the report, they are calculated in a stored procedure and then added to the data so all I have to do is display them just like any other field. Because of this I suppress them unless I am on the last page of the document. I would not think this would cause any problems, but I have seen stanger things.
