Time Management - REFRESH_MISSING Error

Hi,

I am getting the error "com.sap.tc.webdynpro.modelimpl.dynamicrfc.WDDynamicRFCExecuteExceptionL: Exception condition "REFRESH_MISSING" raised., error key: RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE".

The scenario is as follows:

1. Click on Time management tab and entered the time in weekly view

2. Pressed Review button, received warning "Project and/or Service Activity hrs exceed actual working hrs on Tuesday, 25.08.2009".

3. when clicking on "Next week" button (The Right arrow button), I either get empty template for week I just entered times , or error message "com.sap.tc.webdynpro.modelimpl.dynamicrfc.WDDynamicRFCExecuteExceptionL: Exception condition "REFRESH_MISSING" raised., error key: RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE".

what may be the root cause for this issue?
